Loads of toys :)

Knitting news!
I knit a bunny with carrot cozy (bunny and cozy), it was quite fiddly to knit as it's all knit separately then stitched together, and I'm not great at adding faces, but I think it's kinda cute.
I knit this next one a fair bit lol the pattern (flower fairy and leaf sprite) is by Susan B. Anderson, it's knit in the round and is super cute :)
Leaf sprite with acrylic DK scraps.
Red leaf sprite with acrylic DK scraps.

The wings of the fairy are a bit fiddly to knit but look very cute :)
Lady bird washcloth, 100% cotton on 3mm needles.
Dragonfly washcloth, 100% cotton on 3mm needles.
Birch leaf washcloth, 100% cotton on 3mm needles.

Oak leaf washcloth, 100% cotton on 3mm needles.
Butterfly and cocoon is another Susan B. Anderson pattern, it's so sweet and fun to knit :) It's knit in the round except for the cocoon hood and knits up fairly fast, though the wings are quite fiddly but well worth it :)
Acrylic DK scraps and black safety eyes.
Knit with jelly beans yarns (in summer berries, orchid and apricot) held double on 3mm needles, this caterpillar, cocoon and butterfly are super sweet and the colours are fantastic :) I used black safety eyes.
Patch is designed by Susan Claudino and is super cute. Again I used jelly beans yarns held double with 3mm needles, this time in the moss, spice market and flame colourways with black safety eyes.
Another leaf sprite and flower fairy, this time using jelly beans yarns held double, the difference the nicer yarn makes is unbelievable, it really takes it to the next level of adorable :)
Sock surgery!
My hath socks got a small hole in the toe, I thought I'd caught it before the thread had actually snapped but when I got to fixing it I realised the thread was broken so I got quite excessive with my repair lol
My repair! It may not be elegant but I'm hoping it'll stand up to wear for a good while :) I used the same type of yarn but in a different colourway to make the repair (the yarn tree sw merino/nylon/stellina), and I basically wove a strand through the inside stitches vertically then horizontally across the whole toe area, and did a smaller version of the weave on the outside of the sock around just the hole area.
Currently knitting!
I cast on the avenues socks from the New York sock club (by the knitting expat) in the yarn tree 85% sw merino/15% nylon in the fawkes colourway. The tension difference in the patterned side and stocking stitch side kinda frustrates me :( but the yarn is super soft :)
Patch, yes a second patch is on the needles, I've now started the body but have a ways to go before it's finished...
Crochet news!
I'm having a go at my first c2c (corner to corner) crochet blanket. I'm hating this splity acrylic yarn though as it's making it to quite fiddly and frustrating. It seems to grow at a decent rate though, at least whilst it's still fairly small :) I'm using acrylic DK scraps and this is intended for the six million trebles project.
No spinning news.
Goodies!
I got lots of jelly beans yarns :) mainly for toys but some for future socks too :) it's lovely to work with held double so I'm looking forward to trying it just as normal.
Happy Crafting!
