Did the giant cable for the panel, the stitches are looking a little better but still seem to get a little gap between the change from knit to purl stitches and that's with trying to tighten them doing the trick to tighten 1st purl stitch from Knit Purl Hunter.
Also did the stretchy yarn over bind off (from Knit Freedom) to help with getting it on and off. I unfortunately forgot to change to the 3.75mm needles for the bottom garter stitch section so it's a little loose (done with the 4mm needles as for the body).
My cousin liked the green baby Milo with owl cable :)
