Herbert has a friend

I made another little cat, this one was done with chunky left over scraps of yarn so grew quickly on 5mm DPNs and crochet hook. Yellow toadstool button eyes, these are a little weird but I was just using what I had on hand and these were there, so I thought 'why not?' lol On this one the legs are flat crochet strips and the arms and tail are both i-cords (using the same method as in the last post).

 Not though of a name for this one yet other than Herberts friend lol

Rather cute :) If used smooth buttons (like Coraline eyes in the film) these could be nice little childrens toys. Not sure about these pointy buttons for children lol or could use safety eyes too (but I am a button fan lol).
